Over the last 12 years, Reid Peifer has gone from overworked intern at a small boutique agency, to happy freelancer, to owner and partner at Modern Tribe; a distributed digital agency made up of 50+ delightful developers and designers. He currently oversees teams on enterprise projects ranging from user experience to digital strategy, in addition to Modern Tribe’s multi-million dollar product business. Due to the nature of remote work, he’s happily a hermit in St. Paul most of the year with a wonderful wife and two overly spirited kids.
